i downloaded a H-game and extracted it, the only files that appeared is .cue and a .bin file(big file), idk what application to play it

Use a program such as daemon tools to mount the cue file (basically a dvd image file and the bin is well, a bin storing the data).

Use Daemon tools or some other disc emulator program and mount it to install. It's basically just a disc in a single file format

Bin files contains info on whatever it is you have but doesn't contain the autorun etc which iso files have but basically they're both the same thing.

If I may, I suggest Virtual Clone. Here is a video I made about it: Virtual Clone Tutorial
It is easy to use and works 95% of the time with most VN installations and can handle more than just .BIN formats. I use it most of the time for even more than mere VN setups. I highly recommend it.
Note: VN wise, you will have to use dameon tools for Ever17 if you trying to install it. I noticed Virtual Clone can't handle that one too well.

I use iso buster.. it works the same and bin/iso work the same... or you can just use winzip or 7zip and extract the raw data.
