BJD Ball-jointed dolls

What do you think of ball-jointed dolls? Do you have one or seen one? Theyre dolls with joints that are pulled together by elastic strings. The bigger companies that make em are from Korea and Japan.

Some fashion designers use em for small scale versions of their clothes I think while others dress em up as anime characters

Those things are expensive.....
Some are cute (Like some anime eyed dolls that danny choo gets)
and some look like those porcelain dolls

Yeah, I remember the Shinku dollfies were a bit expensive. They had a chii too back then hihi.

It seems she has a volks head, yeah those can be expensive. But you can get a different body for her, there are tons of doll makers out there. Its even possible to mix different parts from different companies at times. Like mine has a cerberus project lishe head with a flexi perennial body - just coz I wanted her to be 68cm tall for a future skirt I want her to wear...

You can well, as they say, get them from anywhere. Some people even have laptops and furniture for their little ones its so adorable - they usually make photostories out of them. I guess I would have to say doll people have been the nicest people Ive met... well theyre almost 99.5% female emmmmmm.

Clothes, you can sew em yourself, I do. Mine I think looks better than what they sell at times and its a perfect fit obviously, just takes too long to make... coz I do it by hand, I mean imagine a freakin corset made by hand argh
