Please don't tell me I'm the only one here who thinks this show is epic. I started watching it 3 months ago and became an instant fan after watching season one. None of the previous seasons disappointed me in regard to drama, suspense and character development. The first episode of season 4 aired on 7/14/11. I haven't watched it yet, but I will as soon as I finish typing this.

A struggling high school chemistry teacher, Walter White (Bryan Cranston), is diagnosed with incurable, advanced (stage IIIA) lung cancer. On a ride along with his DEA agent brother-in-law Hank (Dean Norris), Walter sees a former student of his, Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul), fleeing the scene of a meth lab. He later contacts Jesse and devises a scheme to become partners in an attempt to combine their skills to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine. Walter says he wants to provide financial stability for his pregnant wife, Skyler (Anna Gunn) and disabled son, and to pay for his expensive cancer treatment. During Walter and Jesse's first days of selling Albuquerque's finest meth, they encounter a series of problems with local drug dealers.

For me it kind of fell off in the second season. once the cartel and all the brutality started though, it got better. it's a trip seeing "Hal" as such a ruthless bastard.

Man that scene was so intense. I couldn't help but notice that the way he was changing his clothes reminded me of Mr.Rogers.

I love everything about the show and how even the color of the characters' clothes have symbolism.

Absolutely loved this show since I first started watching it, must've been back when season 3 was running. The way it often uses prolepsis in the beginning of new seasons and/or episodes is genius; you can't not watch it when you see how fucked up things are going to get at a later stage. Very talented actors as well.
