Also, why I use Fakku now instead of downloading all my manga. Saves me lots of space, and adds privacy. :)

I lost many art pieces, commissions, Stepmania files, music, and rare doujinshi the last time my computer tower had to get a factory reset... ;_; I couldn't go onto the internet for 2 months ;A;

I have a friend that has a FTP where she works. Actually she works in Rhode Island and the Server is in San Diego but whatever.
I have a folder there that is double password protected. I upload all my stuff weekly. Porn, poems, pictures and anything else I don't wish to lose. They are Raid 5 and freaks about maintenance
Good thing too as about an hour ago I sorta dropped my 500 gig ext drive as I was putting it away. It is dead. No hum. No,lights. No nothing. The good news is it is Sunday. My upload day. The other good news it the upload is automatic I don't have to remember

This is why I keep an old school hard copy of important information locked in a safe. I can understand it being a bitch to have to loose a lot of stuff, but then think about it this way, stuff that is not life and death important can be replaced. Waar your porn may be lost but it will never be forgotten.

Protip: ALWAYS purchase a SATA External Hard Drive, they last much longer than IDE HD's
Anyways, I need an external, possibly about 1TB, I've only got 250GB on this laptop and its down to its last 50GB
