I love cheese.
I love cheddar, parmesan and mozarella. Damn, now I'm craving for some fried mozarella cheese sticks... Oh, and I can't do without mascarpone or ricotta either. Love them in my dessert! Yummy cheesecakes and tiramisu, etc... *drool*

I like cheese a lot but my favorite isn't widely known. Leipäjuusto (bread cheese) or "Finnish squeaky cheese" is just wonderful, I just love it.
