The Grey Knight :y
The fantasy choice: whoever you like most and can easily and comfortable be around and talk to about everything will obviously make the better girlfriend.
The reality choice: if you can't close the long distance gap any time soon, then neither. Long distance relationships that start out long distance have a very high failure rate, because most of the time the gap is never closed soon enough. You'd save a lot of heartbreak by not risking it. If the gap can be closed soon, though, fantasy choice applies.
The personal choice: the otaku. Even if she liked me more, she doesn't seem like the kind of girl I'd go for. The other one being happy and kind takes my cake.

The first choice is my old classmate. She likes me before and now. The 2nd one is my online friend. We will meet soon enough after I graduate. I will meet either of them after graduation

But all in all, LDRs involve a huge amount of emotional intimacy, mutual trust, and explicitly defined parameters and each partner's idea of a committed, monogamous relationship.
If you've known either of them less than a year, I can already tell you there isn't enough emotional intimacy for an LDR to even be feasible.
