Christmas Birthdays: Terrible?

Well, aside from the fact that non-family people will be busy on your birthday, it seems not too horrible.Better than a birthday on a [b]memorial holiday[b] or sad day?
Thats me!
Anyways, I think it would be nice when you're a child and when people care, but as and adult, I'm sure people will give you one thing and say it counts for both.

It's no where near as bad as my birthday. Mine is May 12th, so regardless of what day it's on, we always celebrate my birthday and Mother's Day together.

I just feel that it does.

I suck when it comes to getting presents for people. The 2 events being so close together cancel each other out. I've come to an understanding with my mom... as long as she doesn't give me a present, I don't have to give her one.

My birthday is on the 23rd of December, so I just celebrated it. December birthdays do suck, because of the various reasons:
1) Everyone is out of town
2) Everyone is broke due to Christmas
3) Everyone is stressed out
4) People forget your birthday, because Christmas overshadows it - etc
But if you manage to find good company (for instance, now that I spend my birthday/Christmas with my boyfriend and his large family) you can always have an enjoyable birthday no matter what day it lands on. We went to the movies and had dinner at a really, really nice restaurant. I just turned 21, so he ordered me my first "official" drinks, and then I was super tipsy... so we went home and had a delicious nap together. And now I'm leaving, so that we can have some delicious sex too. Then tomorrow, his parents (who had a previous engagement on my birthday) are making me my favorite meal and my boyfriend is going to try his hand at making me a boston creme pie. Life is swell :3

It would suck mainly cause everyone think's they can kill two birds with one shitty present....

Well, my birthday was on the twenty-second. Close enough to Christmas to affect the outcome of my birthday a few times growing up, but typically I was quite spoiled as a child, so I often got presents on both my birthday and on Christmas. I know at least one year, my parents "cheapened" out and game me a Christmas present for my birthday. It was even wrapped in Christmas wrapping and had been sitting under the tree until my birthday. >.>;;

The worst birthday ever is February 29th.I wonder how the bouncer will determine your age if you want to go to the club..
