Still gotta work on the coloring a bit honestly, unless you're just going for the generic anime show look of cell shading. Some things that would probably help a lot to make your pictures pop out more are:
-Light source (This allows clear and distinct shadows and highlights. The megaman pic has no distinct light source so the highlights are all over the place, it makes it confusing and flat.)
-Softer/Pillow Shading (Although some of the higher-levelled artists look down on it, it would be pretty good, and allows for a nice transition that is smooth but not blurry. This could easily be done by using a lighter opacity brush)
Uhm I don't remember anything else right now, but is it okay if I try coloring that megaman pic myself? I haven't done anything art related in a while...

TBH I havent been coloring for a long time... Like when I posted the first pic that was really the first time I ever colored anything with Ps...
Im not too keen on "Artist Lingo" so I really dont know what youre talking about when you say "Softer/Pillow Shading" do you mean more feathered brushes...?
And yeah Light source is something I gotta work on... among other things...
And sure I wanna see how other people would color and coming across good megaman lineart is tough...
Especially Iris...

Well you're starting out pretty decently so no worries. By pillow shading, it means using a lower opacity brush (ie 25% opacity) and repeatedly going over a part of a body to shade it. I'll try to whip something quick after some stuff...

Zak, you never cease to amaze me. Love your work, bro. Daisuki desu.
Do you still have your uber kawaii crumbly cookies and the other one of a PSP, I think? I would await and undoubtedly, love to see them coloured. Oh and don't forget to sign them!

Hei great work here ^_^
Your last coloring, I mean the style of drawing is very good for drawing anime (moving shows). Do you intend to do animation later on ?
For static image/wallpaper you can go for more gradient style drawings, like this one (without exagerating like I do xD):
Canvas wall example
Of course it's just an idea ^_^

Nice job Zak. Have you tried experimenting different style of colouring? Something like the style of Tony Taka or Nisemidi.
