Connecting Wireless Xbox 360 Controller to PC
0
I want to connect one of my wireless 360 controllers to the computer to play left 4 dead co-op. However, apparently both Wal-mart and bestbuy, the closest supermarket that sell electronics, removed the wireless gaming receiver for PC (http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-Wireless-Gaming-Receiver-Windows-Pc/dp/B000HZFCT2) to connect the wireless controllers. Apparently, there were some kind of overheating issues.
I know that the adapter can still be bought on online stores, but I'd rather not use my credit card&paypal, and I don't want to buy the wired controller for the space it takes up, playing distance, etc.
Are there any other ways to connect the wireless 360 controllers to PC other than using the gaming receiver?

Theres a program on the internet that allows you to do it. Same thing for the ps3 controller but i forget the name of it. Control MK is needed for this though.
Just google "How to setup 360 controller on a computer".
Just google "How to setup 360 controller on a computer".
