OT - GLAZED DOUGHNUTS! (Krispy Kreme style)
I has some left over oil from making the molen, which I didnt want to waste, so I made some doughnuts.

My recipe is makes 12 and is an adaptation of this

Turned out really well and were quite tasty! My cooking with oil skills seem to be improving, but still need work. I choose this recipe because I generally prefer doughnuts made with yeast - I feel they taste more fluffier that way and this was one of the few recipes that didnt have shortening (which Im not going to buy just for this...)

Also, im too lazy to write up an Italian post with recipes and stuff, but I deicided to procrastinate with dinner today instead.
Grilled Chicken, Pear, Gorgonzola and Walnut Ravoli and a Tomato Sauce.
I was sent out into the rain to cook the chicken, while our English family friend's children (who were visiting) got the fun job of making the ravoli (recipe to come) with my mother. The tomato sauce was super easy to make though and we had leftover salad from yesterday.
