I meant like instructions on shaping it, sorry lol I figure any yeast based bread recipe would be able to achieve that coloring, you'd just need to watch them like a hawk.

Oh,. I understand now.
I have made bread bears before, so I am assuming the turle is similar. You just need to cut the surface before baking.
Also, do not forget that the bread rises, so do not make the legs\head to large.

I'm assuming that the prior cuts don't apply to the face right? Those cuts should be made after baking I think...

Those looked like food coloring.
You can even mix coloring into the dough to add extra cuteness.
