Days between working out?

i work out 5 days a week and work on my cardio on saturday and sunday. I was 190 and ended up weighing 230 and you should not focus on one muscle group. If you want to gain more muscle mass then i advise you taking creatine before and after your workout, but you need to cycle it or creatine will lose its affect on your body. Its not steroids its a type of protein you get from eating meat that builds up water in your muscles that increase your stamina while working out and muscle mass. Go on google to look up cycling if you are going to take creatine.

I work out every day for an hour. Working out becomes more of a daily (enjoyable) routine so I stick to it. Although if I'm having a really shitty weak, I do take it easy and sometimes I take a day or two off. I really don't like doing that though because working out makes me feel amazing for the rest of the day (since I do it in the morning). When I don't exercise I feel like shit the entire day.

well, i rest after every few days because usually i try to work on a specific exercise for a few weeks to try to reach a number goal. I like to grease the groove which means i practice the exercise every chance i get such as passing a doorway and doing pullups. I dont burn out the body part by trying to fatigue it too quickly but mostly try to do a little throughout the day. This allows me to not have too many rest days so i guess it depends on how your working out.
