Death Grips

Not too sure if they've been mentioned before already, but it didn't look it.
Anyways, I just recently started to listen to them, thanks to a friend who tends to favor obscure music.
It was definitely a new sound to me, however it didn't take long for it to grow on me. I don't really know how to properly label this group. Theres definitely some hip hop and noise influences, but its feel more... heavy to me. Not sure what that would classify it as, but I had wanted to share this with those that were interested in checking them out.
There are two albums out that I know for sure, though I'm sure theres more. I beleive theres another album coming out later this year too:
Exmilitary
Money Store
Some tracks, in case you want to listen
So any thoughts on them?
Has anyone managed to catch them live?
I'm curious to know how they are at a concert (which reminds me, I need to do the same for Purity Ring)

I see people talking about them on /mu/ all the time, and honestly, I don't get it. I guess they really just aren't my cup of tea.

If I had listened to them about a year ago, I'd probably had been the same way.

MOTHERFUCKIN DEATH CLASSIC
On a serious note, I didn't really think much of Hip-Hop until Death Grips came along. That is, I didn't realize there was alternative/industrial Hip-Hop to begin with, and these guys just took it to a whole new level. That being said, Death Grips is NOT pure Hip-Hop, and those use to the normal sound will tend to reject it.
I actually didn't really start listening to Ex-Military until early this year, and then it finally "clicked" for me. Same with Shabazz Palaces last year. I'm really liking this whole new direction of blending genres.
I also hear Death Grips is different live (I've seen some clips on youtube and it seems like another musical dimension with the Zach Hill beats physically present).
They're pushing the envelope, and I'm liking it.
On another note:
DEATH GRIPS HAVE LEAKED THEIR OWN ALBUM AGAINST THE WILL OF THE LABEL.
GET "NO LOVE DEEP WEB" NOW BEFORE EVERYTHING CRASHES!

Since my last comment I decided to give them another chance and I really started liking them, downloading NO LOVE right now.

As far as the new album goes, I think this is their weakest effort (It's not bad though, still in-your-face).
There are about 4-5 songs that I really love/like, but the rest of the album isn't clicking for me.
I'm going to keep listening to it though, but I'll probably put it on shuffle.
It took me 3 weeks to get into The Money Store and about 3 Months to give Exmilitary a proper listen. Maybe it's a grower?
