Deep Dish Pizza

At first your Ingredients:
Start up by Buttering your Form and prepare the dough. Careful, its better to knead it with a electric beater. It may be ending weird when you do it with your hands
When your dough is ready roll it out and plaster your form.
Cut up your sausages and start fry them up good.
when you are done, use the sausage as first layer for your deep dish Pizza. Add a Layer of cheese. We took all of our Mozarella and closed the gaps with Feta and grated cheese.
chop up the Bell Peppers, onion and Garlic
Now pour the sauce in and sprinkle the Bell Peppers, Onions and Garlic over it.
Add another Layer of chhese over it. Once again we used mostly Grated cheese ad some Feta. Also powdered Parmesan
cut up the Pepperoni next and add them (if you want)
and put the whole thing in a preheated oven. Leave it in for 30 to 35 minutes on 400°F/200°C and enjoy
Brotip: We had lots of exessive dough, you can fry it in the Sausage Juice and serve it with Paprika and salt. Great for a small snack

looks yummy (it may just be me but the pictures didnt resize so i had to open them in a new tab)
a suggestion: if you knead the dough, add a little flour to the table and your hands and it wont stick, that way you can get a good feel for the toughness or how soft you want your dough
I feel like you could have also turned that into a giant pizza pie with a closed top :) still looks good
