Define "Art"

I really just don't know what is the best definition of art. I've search the net and found a bunch of definition but i really don't know what is the best explanation for this. So for you what is "Art"?

To me, Art is the externalized expression of the artists feelings or ideals. Whatever medium that expression may take, be it a painting, music, a video game, a novel, a sculpture, or anything.
But then again, there's art, and then there's Art. So Many other definitions of different ideas on what art and Art are are totally fine, since it varies from person to person.

I think of art as a product of someone's creativity, whether that is in the physical construction of something, or just the presentation of existing objects as being imbued with meaning. They're all creative processes.
Whether they're bad or good, and how much they're worth, are of course entirely subjective. I hate the idea of art 'critics'; I can see a picture in a local gallery or a cute drawing that my art school friend has drawn, and be more inclined to have that on my wall than thousand of pounds worth of painting.
The debate as to whether games can be considered art, or whether a Hollywood blockbuster isn't art as opposed to an 'arthouse' film, is however very interesting, and I am as yet undecided on both. Films can be beautiful and complex and heart-wrenching and have great cinematography, but I don't tend to think of them as works of art, I guess because so many people are involved in the process. They are collaborative spectacles with numerous influences, rather than one person's creative outpouring.

Thats a pretty wide term, it covers anything from painting to music. It's a form of creative expression, i'd go on but i pretty am in line with what Grover said.
I see where your coming from with that sort of, do you mean the people who go to museums and "rate" art? or just critiquing in general. Because the latter is very necessary for an Artist, assuming it's constructive.

Art is anything you want it to be, honestly.
Unfortunately, there are "artists" that do it for a said title.
There is a process when creating art (even at the miniscule level) and whether or not it looks like shit, it's a part of the artwork itself.
It also depends on your taste (Traditional, modern, etc)
Art is subjective, and it can be interpreted in different ways. All you can do is decide for yourself.
