Deluge doesn't dowload from newly added torrent files

Hello forum.
My deluge server doesn't download material when I add torrents from now on.
It shows error. Neither url add nor torrent upload works.
It downloads torrents that have been on the list before. They're stuck but they don't show error. The new ones do stop in a minute.
Samba works all fine. No issues. Full acces.
It occured when I accidentially unplugged my Raspberry Pi.
Rebooting once more didn't help.
I mounted the HDD by the command: mount /dev/sda1 /media/TOSHIBA
sudo chown -R pi:smbuser /media/TOSHIBA/path and
sudo chgrp -R smbuser /media/TOSHIBA/path didn't help.
What should I do? Should I use a different mount command? please help.
