Desktop Icons have Disappeared

Well for the last 3-4 days my stuff has been dissapearing. First my Recycle Bin. Now my desktop icons. I cant even use the left click to make that blue box that highlights several items. I tried seeing if I had show desktop icons. But it was highlighted. Im using spybot atm to see if it finds anything. My antivirus is Kaspersky and I use windows vista Ultimate. Thanks in advance

EDIT: I found out it was some spyware so You can close this if you want Tegumi

You can edit your thread/post, you know.

Try this:
-Right Click on your desktop screen
-Highlight Arrange icons by
-Left Click Show Desktop Icons

if it's not a virus maybe this worked
