As Freaky said, it can effect you sperm count but that's only if they're too tight on you. I'm a boxer man myself though, not enough room for air flow in briefs.

I wear boxer briefs, the best of both worlds, but I have heard if they are too tight they can reduce your count.

Thanks for the link ^_^. I looked it up and it's excessive heat that can fry the sperm count. So at the very least find a material that isnt a good heat conductor. I think static electricity can do it to.
