Do you think there is a destiny set for each people?
0
Well, ever since I graduate highschool and started working in some company, I've been wondering if there would be a destiny set for each people?
I mean, if there is a destiny set for each people, then it means your life is not yours already.
So, I just wanted to ask you guys about your thinking.

i would say yes because if there wasnt life i would think be too easy cause if there wasnt i wouldnt think psychics would be around an example i would use is that my mom went to see a psychic who actually predicted that she was going to have me and some other stuff in her life and of course saying she would get married this happened around when she was 30 and then 10 years later here i am.Another example is that when it comes to love i will always fail and to emphasize this point on the day before valentines day i got hit by a car luckily she had stopped before turning but still i never liked valentines day to begin with.

Please use punctuation and proper capitalization in your sentences.
OT:
Destiny is what you make of it. That is all there is to it in my mind. If you believe in a set destiny but do not attempt to make progress towards it it will never happen.

I don't believe in destiny. If it does exist and everything has been predetermine, then we don't have free will. If there is no free will, then everything we do has been set. If that is true, then we are not morally responsible for anything we do including committing crime and etc.
I took a philosophy class in the fall semester so this stuff is still fresh in my mind.

Destiny is for people too afraid to own up to their actions or too naive to understand that life isn't fair.

Destiny .. heh ... I laugh at the face of it.
I am one of those guys that believe that destiny is what you make of it.
Wars, poverty, suffering, killing and such are not part of our destiny .. they were made from men who decided to fuck destiny and change the world through their will.
I believe there is a God, but I don't believe that he wrote our lives in a book before we even lived it ... probably just said, " Go and live life, I have given you everything a man needs, now you must "lead" yourself. "
My motto for these type of things is,
" God has given you a book with blank pages, and you are the pen."

No. It negates the concept of free will. If there is no such thing, then there is no real point to living. We might be predisposed to do or pursue certain things, but it is the infinite number of choices we make in our lives that lead us down our ultimate path.

What you do or done is what makes you in your position right now.
It all depends on what you do. Not what you think.
For example, if you punch your window with your right hand, it'll hurt, is it your destiny? No, you're not destined to get hurt. It's what you did that made you into that exact position.

I'm a bit hit and miss on this subject. I can't really explain all that much, but I feel like some things are meant to happen, however, others are not.
But, I do feel some things are pre-determined almost. And other things just happen out of the blue, whether these things alter your destiny, or if it's just your destiny to begin with, we'll never know. All I know is, I will do my best to make the best of my life, and when it comes to an end, I want to look back and say 'That was the best time of my fucking life' I'm sick of regret. Time to live, and be happy with my actions

Maybe only some people have destiny because they believe in it. While the person that doesn't believe in such a thing is bound by nothing and can make their own future. However what if the person who believes in destiny finally decides to break away and is freed of it. Hmmmm? (x

Life isn't fair, and some might not have the same set of opportunities/resources as others in life. But regardless of circumstances, ultimately the choices you make now will have consequences. Like others said, "Destiny is what you make of it."

It's like reading a choose-your-own-adventure book; your destiny greatly relies on what path you chose.

Studying philosophy as well and even before then agree with yer comment. Although the matter of free will is being cast doubt upon my recent scientific experiments such as how what you think is decided like a mili second or something before you actually think it inside the brain.
Nevertheless I am quite certain as far as my knowledge and experience goes that there are no destinies, our world is better explained without destinies.

The Destiny has a vagina that comes complete with a clitoris. Seriously, look at rrobbert184's review.
