I don't believe they do, because I haven't brought it up with them. Nor talked about that kind of subject in much detail. However they do know I love anime and manga, so the next logical step would be hentai.

Most of my friends know I like anime in general. I think only 2 maybe 3 know I like hentai. And even then that's as much as they know.

I pretty much immediately dismissed this as a potential delusion of grandeur, but ever since then CYA policy has been a part of almost everything I do.
Therefore, the only friend(s) that will ever know of my interest in hentai are those that have already expressed to me their interest in hentai. Currently that means two people.
...I guess you might also count the other people at the 18+ age-restricted panels at certain anime conventions as well.

Only some of my close friends know. They're not that shocked, though. They just seem to find it... a rather strange thing.
