Sometimes, I even read it on the train and I see curious pairs of eyes and pervy ones trying to take a peek at what I'm reading. It's so good to see them do that. LOL.

On a more serious note my family and workplace do not encourage it and since I'm way past the mother-coddling age; I do it discretely. I don't leave books lying around the house or watch it openly. Viewer discretion advised, know what I mean?

All my friends know, granted by all I mean the four women I've known for about four years now, and one of them is my ex who, fortunately, I'm still on good terms with, and is my best friend. Is this creepy? I don't think so and they don't seem to either. My ex has looked at it before but can't see the attraction of it, and the one insists porn does nothing for her heh. I never was shy when it came to talking about sex, but that's because I wasn't raised to think sex was something disgusting or something to be ashamed of. We all joke about sex and porn just like anything else *shrugs* and to me that's how things should be. There's a few things I never understood: why swear words and the use of them is "bad", why people are so secretive about sexual things especially around the opposite sex, and other things.

My parents might know, but I'm not sure.

I don't go out of my way to tell people, but I don't go out of my way to hide it either.

I don't know why I hide it from my parents, because they're the kind to not care. They'd make a few jokes about it now and then but that's it... This seriously makes me think, because I don't care at all that almost everybody else that knows me knows I like hentai and porn, and yet I hide it from my parents... even though they probably know... I've gotten to where I don't try to hide ecchi pictures anymore though haha. (I enjoy thinking about the why to how I and others act. If anyone wants to join in feel free.)

In my experience the people who I have told didn't really care that hentai was my habit instead of normal porn even when they did not know what hentai was.
I just got the usual question of 'what are you into?' after I had to explain what hentai was and bitch slap some of my friends who got cheeky

I have always been pondering over the answers to such a question. By posting replies on a forum, regardless of whether it is a "yes" or "no" answer, people who read the thread will know that a particular member reads or looks at hentai.

After all, all of us do fall under the "anyone" definition. Even if we were to substitute the word "anyone" with "friends", the results remain the same, though they may be some who argue the definition of "friends".

most of my friends know, and for the one's that don't they probably think I do, since I am the most "otaku" among us. As for the females I know, again same thing they probably think I do, and since the question doesn't come up, I see no need to disclose that information, although if I had a FAKKU shirt, that would solve everything
