Dream to be a Chef

I really want to be a gourmet chef, I love cooking and I love it when people compliment me on my food =3

...hahaha, me too... but damn i do not know how to cook anything fancy or even how to make something creative... but i love to cook... hahahaha... i wish my school had a cooking class or cooking club, but alas i cannot seem to find one...

I was going to enroll into a Culinary college after my senior year but we moved states and it didnt happen :(

You can still do it! Community colleges have great classes, I think, and they're cheap and you don't have to take so many units to do it. Follow your dream!

Need to find a community college nearby, but im hoping to start in a month or two.

Godspeed with that, and enjoy! Community college is a great experience. By God, when I make enough money, I'm going to go back to school, too, either to go for my master's or to get an associate's degree in business. I'm too poor even for community college, T_T

When I lived in Phoenix, AZ I was going to go to Scottsdale Culinary Institute. They are also part of the Le Cordon Bleu schools.

Le Cordon Blue were really prestigious. I heard it produces many dedicated chafs.

Cooking is awesome, and I honestly wish I could do better myself. I'm sure with practice and determination you'll meet your goal and achieve your dream to be a master chef. :D

sneaks i seriously hope you become a chef man, that would be awesome...but if you do you gotta get your own cooking show then go on Iron Chef!

All I can say is good luck. Yeah those Le Cordon Bleu schools are fantastic, but they are also expensive. I went to one,only to drop out because one of the teachers kept failing me because he didn't like me. Try the community college one first. That will get your feet wet, and it will let you decide if you want to continue on without having to fork out $40k. I'm not trying to scare you off from your dream, but it's something to consider.
