Need to find a community college nearby, but im hoping to start in a month or two.Godspeed with that, and enjoy! Community college is a great experience. By God, when I make enough money, I'm going to go back to school, too, either to go for my master's or to get an associate's degree in business. I'm too poor even for community college, T_T

When I lived in Phoenix, AZ I was going to go to Scottsdale Culinary Institute. They are also part of the Le Cordon Bleu schools.

All I can say is good luck. Yeah those Le Cordon Bleu schools are fantastic, but they are also expensive. I went to one, only to drop out because one of the teachers kept failing me because he didn't like me. Try the community college one first. That will get your feet wet, and it will let you decide if you want to continue on without having to fork out $40k. I'm not trying to scare you off from your dream, but it's something to consider.
