Fried, when I was a kid, I went to Dim Sum every saturday (I'm Chinese). So, I usually eat steamed dumplings to the point I got sick of them. When I tried fried dumplings for the first time, it was like an orgasm in my mouth.

I like my dumplings steamed. I don't like the greasiness that comes with fried dumplings.

greasy? Hmm The ones I have had have never been greasy. When I make them I use very little oil and the steam finishes them off.

Steamed. I prefer the texture that steaming gives to the shells, at least when if comes to asian style dumplings.

Depends on the place/type I get. Steamed are wonderful and my default option, but fried done correctly can also be tasty.

I prefer potstickers, so I guess that would mean both? That would be fried dumplings. One side GBnD and the other steamed.

I like them steamed because they are nice and tender and will complement nicely with some crunchier form of main dish like shrimp tempera.
