I have recently came across a great program that has many uses.
Basically what Jdownloader does is when you copy a link/url it allows any file on that page up for download in most cases.
I use this alot to download pics from Fakku pages.
You can download it here.
Also if you take multiple links from a site such as MEGA UPLOAD it will continuously go to the next link opposed to you having to start each link.
