Epic or Comedy?

This applies for any type of entertainment.
Do you prefer shows that are awe inspiring or jokes that make you drop dead laughing?

I'll go for the epic, just because cool things are much more rare and lasts longer.

Epic because if its badass enough I will want to watch it many more times =3

Why can't we have both? If I must choose though, I prefer comedy over epic, it's more fun laughing your ass off than sitting there staring in awe imo.

There are some shows that are pure action and others that are pure comedy. Of course it's better to have both but the two genres invoke different positive feelings and inspiration towards the beholder, so I just had to ask.

I vote goes to comedy. I like a good laugh, especially an epic laugh...

I like things that are epic, but I prefer comedy because its more realistic.

A few days ago I went to Borders and saw Battle Royale "Ultimate Edition" Its a HUUUUUUGGGGEEEE Ass fucking manga (kinda like the Akira manga) that I think spans the whole manga in five volumes...

If I had to choose it would be comedy. Then again, I'm capable of laughing at the same joke over and over again because it's more about the execution and reaction of the teller(s) and audience than the joke itself.

So the whole argument that a joke is only funny once, while an epic scene is always inspiring doesn't hold true for me. *shrugs*

For me, comedy... I just love to laugh even if it is stupid. That's the whole fun of it. While epic looks cool I just always feel that Comedy is better if done right. Problem is I think is it's harder to do comedy then epic.

I prefer EPIC!!

Comedy will put a smile on your face that lasts for a few minutes. Epic will leave you astonished for the rest of your life.
