Error changing XP theme

Can somone help me? I got this error when i was trying to change my xp theme using a program from this site

my oc's is patched. I think the problem is the ﾕ篝ﾍﾊﾇｽｩﾊｬﾂ・theme isn't a windows theme file. But how do i make it a theme file?

I tried the ano hana and oreimo one and it says to push the close button but their no close button... weird thing.. also i tried it on all three of my computers.

It's always happened with wei dao theme. Click alt + F4, it works.

Still needing help with my korezom theme

Ok i got it on and i had the same error but the theme is in the theme folder and it works.. somewhat.

Nah, it doesn't fully work. You can get the shell changed but the icon not...

are you just clicking the icon or going in through the control panel and loading it from the theme tab in the display menu?

Is your locale set to non unicode so it can recognize the filename?

Yep

This might sound stupid so correct me if I am wrong. That file does not say ".theme" at the end. It's just a blank file. it actually says "·theme" (notice the dot before theme being an upper dot). Reason why Windows does not know what to do. Hope this helps. Rename the end to .theme
Make sure the dot is a period and not an interpunct (raised period) before "theme" at the end.
