The closest I came to dreaming about being rich was I once walked through the park that was in that movie Richy Rich and I jumped on that Velcro suit thing with my family. Concerning what I would do with an endless river of cash is employ and train perfect physical specimens(or as close as I could get) and either start a league of Assassins or my own secret militia. This would all be in an attempt at world domination. I'd pay off generals and entire battalions, going so far as threatening their families or flat out killing them...they would be everywhere. Your closest friend would be employed by me...I'd also have a ton of sex and cars. Then I'd produce a video for the Beating Hearts Louis La Rouche remix by Ocelot using the black guy from Days Go By by Dirty Vegas, the Dancing Bear from that one .gif, and Napoleon Dynamite.

As the old saying goes, 'Money can't buy happiness'. I've never even thought about the possibilities of being rich before, it usually means you become really pompous and only care about your money (bit generic, but generally the truth). Money can't buy happiness but it sure can buy the things that will give you one.
Example 1: Having a girl friend/ wife can lead to happiness. Having a gf/wife though cost money because you will have to spend on her (e.g. date, food, transport, etc.)
Example 2: Having a good and well-cared family can lead to happiness. A good and well-cared family though requires shelter, food, security, etc.
Anyway back to the topic. If ever I'll be wealthy like hell then I'll do these things in order.
1. Pay for my siblings' education
2. Buy a private island then build a mansion on it
3. Open up my own businesses
4. Help all the people who have been good and loyal to me
5. Buy some luxury cars and motorcycles
6. Buy a helicopter
7. Buy a private jet
8. Buy a yacht
9.Help support my college sports clubs
10.Help send poor but determined and dedicated children to school
11.Purchase some professional sports teams (e.g. basketball, soccer, etc.)
12.Go on a world tour and have sex with at least one hot woman from every country
13.Woo Arianny Celeste and propose to her
14.Help support start-up businessmen/entrepreneurs with great ideas/inventions that will benefit society and the environment (e.g. renewable energy, petrol-less cars, etc.)
15. Run for politics
16. Visit the moon

If a girlfriend, wife, or husband for that matter truly loves you they wouldn't expect to be showered with riches like expensive cars, meals out in the towns poshest restaurant etc. Of course they are some benefits of having money, and that could certainly brighten up your relationship, but that doesn't equal total happiness. If your partner becomes too focused on the money and gifts, forgetting about your love for her / him, you could be in danger, potentially leading away from happiness.
Food, security and shelter are necessities. I didn't mean having no money can still result in happiness. An average earning family can still be extremely happy, if not a much better family than that of a wealthy upbringing.

It's one of the most common of my dreams. Always, I just walk around buying anything I want. Right now, I can barely buy anything. Yet in the dream, I can buy ANYTHING I want. The freedom is insane.
I could just stand around and watch people do shit. It's not like I have any job I need to do, because I am already stinking rich.
In all truth, I would go around being the person I want to be. I would go around cheering people up with gifts ect. Also take note, I would live in a cheap and basic house, because I would wake up, reminded of where I come from.

if i had endless money i wouldnt tell anyone and i would only spend it with cash and live in a really normal looking house in a small town that was close to a bigger city. Maybe a house that borders a river in that town.

My dreams of being wealthy always end up with the plans to pay off my debts and gift some of the money to my friends and family before investing it and living quietly. I wouldn't advertise that I had the money, but I would find a job that I liked better and work that instead to fill my time after taking a few months off as a break from work.
I know folks who dream of Vegas condo's and the like, but even then, I'm too practical to want to risk my money on things like that. That and I'd convert a portion of it to physical wealth, stuff like gems/gold/silver just in case the economy tanked and we needed to go back to exchange.
