There is no eye color I dislike. I guess one could say that yellow is my least favorite eye color in anime. In real life, I couldn't care less.

No dislikes on any eye colors.....red eyes in anime is a plus for me, its mysterious and sexy. IRL, finding someone with heterochromia (two eye colors) is awsome and interesting.

The eye color that I'd probably hate or dislike is the color red. I'd get pretty scared. Imagine if you see someone at night with red eyes staring at you.
