Facial Hair; Beard or no Beard?

Difficult. I can't win either way in my case. I think I look horrible cleanly shaven because I am a bit overweight, and some of it is in my face so I get the babyface look when clean shaven. However, I can't really grow a beard either because I just don't have the genes for it. My entire family on my dad's side has that problem. All of us males are stuck in permanent puberty when it comes to growing patchy facial hair.

So I don't think I can win in either category. >.

So what does it grow weirdly, or slowly? If its just slowly, you could grow a thin beard.

Like you know how in puberty it grows unevenly and very spotty? Well, at twenty-three my facial hair still grows like that.

It's possible you still suffer from acne then. You could get a herbal remedy treatment or go see your GP/Doctor. I suffer from Backne even now and I'm trying the herbal option first before serious shit goes down with the GP.

Definitely beards. All you have to do is keep it under control.

I'm clean-ish shaven. I can't stand doing things halfway, so either I would have to want to keep a beard, or want to stay shaven. For the last year or so, I've shaven once a week. With my hair growth, I don't really develop a 5 o'clock shadow until the 3rd or 4th day, so even by the end of the week, it still doesn't really count as a beard.

You're lucky. Mine starts to grow back the day after I shave, then grows back slowly until the fourth day, then afterwards it grows back with some force. By the end of the week it's all come back, albeit a little shorter.

Yup, and I'm grateful for it. I'm at a growth rate where I can get a respectable beard in a couple of months, but shaving once a week doesn't leave me looking homeless by the weekend.

i doesn't really muter to me but i only grow my only during winter cause its fcking cold on where i am on winters -50 on normal cold

I never really go and shave my facial hair by my own will. only when I visit my family they would force me to do so.

My family doesn't have the genes for growing facial hair.

I prefer well-kept facial hair.

Wish I could grow some kind of beard, my facial hair only allows unidentifiable fuzz. Which I'm better off without.

I myself keep a short styled "Devils Beard" and have a permanent 5 o'clock shadow, comes from shavin far too much when I was in High school, so be smart about yer faces kiddies, it may bite ya in the ass later

Beard in cold, no beard in hot, so I start growing it arround November and shave it in March and keep it that way until next November.
