I'm closing this theme but C13R-66Y, feel free to post your late entry once you're done.

Lots of originality once again, it kinda puts my ideas to shame, but I certainly like it. Anyways:
-DjDott (really funny one, all the little details make that entry pretty amusing. I thought someone might use that idea but I didn't expect it to be used this well, good job.)
-Kitten_nyan (Another original one. It didn't even occur to me to use the theme in the opposite direction - poverty. Really nice and cute, and second one as well. And don't be shy about showing your art, this thread was made with one of the goals in mind to make people improve. So draw more and stick around~)
-mrprince04 ("Sorry if the theme isn't too apparent?" There are bills flying all over the place, how can it not be apparent? :P I don't really know that character since I've only just begun watching durarara, but it looks pretty nice. You need to practice drawing the hands though, try positioning your own hand in a similar position and use it as reference. It can do wonders.)
-User66b (Touhou women swimming in money? Do want. Oh yea, I've seen you're Momoka x Mirai drawing and it looks really nice. I had made a fairly long post but felt you already knew what I was going to say so I deleted it. But let it be known that I think it's a nice work. Only thing I'd like to see improved is the lineart.)
-Temcor (Your characteristic anime style girls always win me over, and this time especially so. She's really really cute. And the idea + dialogue is so cool. One last thing, I've noticed you tend to show up only at the last minute. You lazy guy you. And what do you mean you will be skipping next weeks challenges? D: )

Working on the fish thingie

Wow, I didn't expect anything like this. But this is fine too. Tricky point of view you got there, but you seem to have done fairly well with it. Especially when the bike has such a crazy design.

Only tree thing's I'd point out, which is the background, I'm really not a fan of that texture there; the butt cheeks, they need some work yo :P ; and the left handle on the bike, it looks to me like it's way too big for that perspective.

Those aside, it's damn nice.

Well, about the BG, me either lol! it didn't came out that well. Maybe I'll try to make a new BG, but not soon.

What's with the ass? I like it the way it is. You mean the shading?

And about the handing, hell yeah. It was even bigger at first, I reduced it, still big, then I thought "ah, screw this. The whole bike is weird to begin with". I mean, it's the first time I draw (properly) a motorcicle, it's not even an existing model, I just piled up parts and somewhat ended looking good, so I decided to not try to push my luck any further and leave it like that haha. But is just as you said, it's a big too big for the perspective. Let's thing that "that model have reaaaally big handlings" =P

I'm skipping this week since I injured my right hand. Its recovering but still painful when I'm trying to draw. Sorry for the late reply Kuro.

Sure thing bud. The theme (fish) doesn't have to blatantly appear in the drawing. It can be some aquatic animal / monster. Or, for example, you can draw just a fisherman without showing any fish at all.

edit: Temcor, you always find a way to skip my challenges. But that really is unfortunate, hope you recover soon.

To busy to finish it up properly so i kind of sped it a bit so the clean up and proportions might seem kind of whack. Much love fakku-ers

Ok Ok Kuro I know you said you didnt like me and my shitty 5 minute doodles/sketches, anyway I was goin through here, and I was lookin at some of the stuff some people posted and seeing as you got a fish theme going, I thought, "Who'd go better than Mutio!?" So I started doodling and I thought it would be craptastic like my other doodles, but its pretty good so far...

Imma add alot more stuff... like guys trying to woo her or something... since she's so fucking adorable...

I guess you could say its about 1/3 done...



Damn me and my craptastic backgrounds...

Making the background for this was such a headache. I wanted to do it all by hand but I soon realized I lack a lot of skill to do it as I envisioned it. So I ended up relying on photoshop. Leaves me disappointed but oh well, I shall get there some day.

ps: The fish are the little green smudges on the back.

-C13-66Y (the thick lineart definitely fits the cartoonish nature of that drawing. I'm also fond of the soft and accurate colouring. Overal looks quite nice)
-IvIajoi2n (that is so hilarious man. Couldn't been cleaner but this way it just makes it more funny)
-Kitten_nyan (two very cute entries. Just a little piece of advice, if you end up inking your drawing like your second one, be sure to clean some of the pencil sketch. Other than that, looks nice. I hope you intend on improving)
-Zak (I wonder if you're still working on that. If you are, be sure to post here the finished result, it's looking good so far)

Just a loud thought here, but I'm finding it hard to find themes sometimes. I've noticed over the time that some stuff definitely don't work, so I have to squeeze my braincells extra hard in order to come up with mildly amusing stuff to draw. [/thought]
