Yeah I think they're close to each other though sketching have basic shapes while doodling is like " however my hand move makes its art " .....Thats how I made that second gif/sketch/doodle I linked.
As you can see I didnt know what I was gonna do at first, but then I just drew the first thing that came to mind... And I was listening to all the songs I have on random and this one just happened to start playing.
