Edit July 1st 2011: The sign-ups are officially over! With a total of 31 teams this will be fantastic. ALL team leader will be contacted within today & July 3rd, with the opponents team name and Team Ladder, so that both can contact eachother & schedual their match. The first round will start on July 4th up to July 10th. That a full week to get your best of 3 matches done! Second round will be on the 11th to the 18th and so on. All other instruction will be messaged to the Team leaders.

Welcome to Fakku's League of Legend Tournament.If you didn't read the first line in the first topic,well too bad,you sign up again! It is my pleasure to organise this tournament for you all!But since i'm the one sponsoring and taking care of all of it by myself,some rules might sound harsh to get things going smoothly.Everyone with a Fakku account will be allowed to join in (yes,if your friend make an account they can join).So please only post on this topic for official sign-up and what is required!

These sign up will close on June 30th! and the tournament will officialy will start off in early July (date still pending due to anime conventions). Since everyone has real lives I will give a maximum of 3 days to get you're matches done (If teams both arrange a date outside of those 3 days, things will be fine). This tournament will be a best of 3,so first to win 2 rounds moves on to the next braket.

The US & EU will have their own braket. For the finale, it's going to be the ultimate showdown of US vs EU.

IMPORTANT POSITION
Since each team requires some kind of ''leader'', I would ask people to voice out an interrest to this position to make things easier for me.Managing 100+ people requires lots of work,and I can't do it alone. So having a leader for a team would make things much easier since allinformation from me would go to that certain person. And then him/her giving out the information to the teammates. Things like match time,managing team, etc. This is a critical position. This could be what makes or breaks the competition.

Let me make a special appeal for myself here. I have 224 ranked games in total, 104 wins and 120 losses. I've been playing team-based strategy games for far longer. I am unable to lead with charisma or compromise, only with cold, cold logic and experience. If I'm not leading, the leader will have my 100% effort. You may be someone I hate intensely, but once I have agreed to have you lead, I will carry out my role dutifully. I will only ever accept you as my leader if I find you as skilled as me or more so. I dick around when playing against less-skilled teams, but my focus scares even myself when I'm playing against skilled opponents. I'd rather have fun playing against strong opponents if anything else.

I don't have much ranked experience outside of practising with guys who play ranked all the times when they don't have a fifth player. I have Skype, a working knowledge of TS and Vent as well as a little leadership and metagame experience.

My team (team name undecided) is now full. The important bit is that you have Skype (or TS or Vent but Skype is more easy to set up), doesn't matter if you don't have a mic, just hearing someone barking commands is good enough. Otherwise I am accepting of players with any account level as long as they are confident in themselves. I may accept a sub if you really want to play and if its legal to have one. PM if interested.
