Feeling of Nostalgia and how it affects you

I just downloaded and Played Sakura Wars 3 ~Paris wa Moeteiru ka~ (Sakura Wars 3: Is Paris Burning?)



And I just got swept by Nostalgia and just downloaded 2 other Sakura games
-Sakura Taisen: Atsuki Chishio ni (The 1st one)

-Sakura Taisen Monogatari: Mysterious Paris


then I downloaded bunch of OSTs (I really love the 1st OP)


Now I'm planning to download the OVAs and Animes...

so,
-Are you easily affected by Nostalgia?
-How bad does it affects you?

well, it's pretty clear I have a bad case of Nostalgia... lol

Nostalgia is the cornerstone of THE ECONOMY'S national culture. I am not kidding; it's all over the place here - music, films, books, you name it. It's like eating, driving and shooting in the U.S. - or tea, scones and the police state in Great Britain.
Even so, it's still sublimely appreciable, especially when events in question are so far removed that your memories have been stripped of any notions of the shitty truth and you see everything in a rosy haze.
I used to voluntarily indulge in it by exposing myself to photographs from the early eighties, especially while I was living away for my academic endeavours.

Nostalgia makes us feel young. It's healthy in small doses. :)

I can't wait to be 40 or 50 where hentai will be Nostalgic for me, will it make me more horny or make those pictures just that better? I'll tell you in 30-ish years time.

You'll just try to moisty-eyedly rant about "in my day, before the war, we used to have hentai that..." in a feeble falsetto voice before your head tilts back and you fall asleep from all the thorazine, to the disgust of all bystanders who will hear your dentures rattle as you snore.

If I'm still looking at hentai at that age I think it's safe to say those condoms won't ever be used. :P

I agree with the ranting and the disgusting denture rattling parts, but people like that don't need Thorazine. As the name implies, THORazine is an epic sedative. People having nightmarishly bad trips take that shit to be normal. I'm no doctor, but if you give an old person Thorazine, they'll probably shit undigested food and if they don't die because their body stops functioning, they'll probably die from dehydration, via drooling.

Nostalgia can be good or bad, it can make you fondly remember the good old days, or it can bitterly make you wish things were as they once were. Personaly all the nostalgia I've had was always good.

Nostalgia makes me remember the awesome times i had with whatever I am looking at. I was at Best Buy and saw Chip and Dale rescue rangers and Bought it for the nastalgia. Thank god it was on sale for $15. instead of $35.
