Fetish Survey~!

Hi guys/gals! :3 I'm a newbie here (not really the account though, this is my lovely friend Matthew's account!) and I'm terribly sorry if I put stuff in the wrong forum D: (I already put this in the serious discussion forum.. then I thought that was a tad wrong, oops)

Now back to the purpose! Matthew has given me the chance to come on this site and ask all you wonderful (and honest!) people if you are willing to take part in a survey that is very important for my research~

It would be such a great help if you could take part... but only if you have a fetish! (otherwise there's just no point.. neh?) There is only 19 questions, most are multiple choice, so please try and answer all questions~

That wouldn't work. You can only answer one time on a poll so OP would have to make 19 polls.
