I seems i see that from somewhere on the web, but less water colored.

if its drawn and colored by you then gratz but if its not then your just a baddie.
hmmmm... colors are nicely done except the face where nothing was done to it and doesn't match the rest.
I'm sure if you downsize the image it would be fixed.

Not to be an ass but I have that background stock image, all that was done was a render of a background image with some grunge brushing/smudge.
Not to say that the resulting image was bad, however things like a kid riding their bike on the side of the hill greatly take away from the overall picture. Make sure you notice things like that.
Also notice that you have light coming from the front and from the back, you either need to pick a render based off light location, or create your own focal light. Right now the lighting looks washed out.
One last note, when using multiple copies of your render to create that kind of effect, make sure 100% of the unwanted render material is erased, in the top left hand side of the picture I can see a part of the original render in the middle of the sky.
