[Locked] Flash files: where to post them on?

Hi ladies and gentlemen.
First, let me say one thing. I'm french. Ok, so you may know that i don't understand some terms you guys use. I've read a lot of topic and the rules, but couldn't figure one thing.
As a flash animation maker, where am i allowed to "show" my animations?
Is it even allowed?
I would like to find and then team up with a fakku-member to make better games/animations. Where can i look for it?
I would like to give credit to fakku. can I display the fakku's logo in the flash's beginning?
