I would say Doujin mainly. Used to be a lot of stuff I was not into,yet taste change like wine over a long time so as of now nothing grosses me out. However amputees and etreame hentai like vomit etc is a turn off. Love monster/demon/magic=mind control hentai type themes more then anything else etc

for me, is disgusting things (vomit, golden shower, brown avalanche, etc), fat people,old people and deformations, like amputated. have other , I'm not remembering now, but the rest is ok for me ^^

Fantastic, yet another one of these... Normal stuff people typically avert their eyes to, I'm not grossed out or anything, the human body is very breakable and my time as a medic lends credibility to that, and seeing it broken doesn't really disgust me, but I've never seen a fresh amputation and thought, "you know, this gets my engine running". I'm more of the apply a turniquet, sterilize to the best of my abilities, prep for evac type of person...
Edit: Excrement also doesn't really disgust me either, the human body produces waste, that's how it operates, but again, doesn't really do anything for me sexually, as a person though, I think we ought to dispose of it properly, which isn't on another person...

Depending on how its used I can see the humiliation aspect of it and the "loving every part of your partner" aspect. I think at some point it stops being about the physical object and more about how its used in the story.
