Maybe... depends on what you need and the pic.

I want to give some color and background to a picture. This is the one to add to.
If possible you can look into putting a background maybe more like this one
it doesn't have to be like that, just an Idea.

Hey, Freaky! I was wondering if you could do me a favor. I'm drawing a picture for my boyfriend, and while I'm really happy with it... working in mostly pencil means it looks kind of dirty after awhile. I was wondering if you'd be willing to do some basic clean up - hide my sketch lines, clean up the line art, remove some of the smudging, etc? I'm asking super last minute though, since I would need it done by the night of the 1st. If you can manage it, that would be absolutely fantastic. Thanks in advance!
