I don't like the idea of relationships based solely on sex.
I would much rather pursue a relationship that is filled with love and trust where each participant learns and teaches from and to each other. =]

Friends with benefits are not just sex relationships, that would just be a sex buddy.
The title is Friends with benefits, meaning a Friend you have sex with, and so you still have the kind of relationship you desire, it is just friendly love in stead of romantic love.

Sorry that's my bad right there >__<
But I would still prefer romantic love =]

What it all comes down to is trust. (like any relationship really.) Can you trust the person to not complicate things and stick to the boundries you both agree on? Things like that. As long as you've got trust as a foundation everything else is groovy.

Lying bastardWhat do I gain from lying?

I'm all for it. I think sex is put on too high a pedestal anyway. "I want my first time to be perfect with the (wo)man that I love!" and all that jazz. It is just sex, not rocket science. Love is good and all, but I don't think it is a prerequisite for sex.

Your e-penis will grow to gigantic proportions till it finally threatens to kill us all because of its sheer size!!
And that is why we all assume you lie, out of fear...

I wish I had one right now, but I don't...any women out there available?
EDIT: Of course I would want more than just sex, but I don't want a relationship. Maybe talk and hang out once a month. I just don't want a 'Wham, Bam, Thank you Mam!' experience.

I'm against it, solely because every guy I've tried to have a "friends with benefits" relationship with has always ended up wanting to be more, which is irritating because it always ends up causing a lot of drama.

Im fine with it, depending on the girl.
Some girls I want to make a relationship with, but some girls are just fun to have a fling with! Ive had a few, and were still all really good friends. Some people just take sex lightly enough to do it without making a big deal out of it. /i think its more about having fun than anything :)
