When I hear the name, All I think about are exploding heads and human combustion.

It does remind me of the weird shit that happens at night to me. I've woken up a few times to an exceedingly loud noise that apparently never existed. Though I highly doubt my hearing things has anything to do with EHS.

They should definatly change the name of this problem. Exploding head syndrome sounds comical.

Thought it wasn't serious for a bit, and op was going 'hahaha, my head explodes sometimes' but no, is serious matter. Loud noises that can cause fear and paralysis and shit... fuck that shit, get some meds... that'd piss me off >.>
