Ok. I have had these headphones for a couple of weeks; so I should be able to get my money back. My headphones started acting weird the day I got them. They sometimes get a staticy noise, If I move to a certain position they have only one part of the headphones admit sound, and if I'm watching a video it sounds like the sound is lagging and starts getting really staticy. But, if I unplug it the sounds perfectly fine.
So should I get some new headphones? And if so,then which one should i get? Or just exchange them for a new pair? I got a 2 year warranty on them when I bought them. So I can spend about 43-47 bucks.
Here is the headphones I bought.

It's a common problem found in audio gear. It just means a wire in the cord is broke or is not connecting properly.
Just get some new headphones, those sony ones are pretty bad anyways. Wouldn't put it past $40 Sony's that are supposedly noise cancelling. If you're cheapo, best headpones out there for that price would be some Koss branded ones.

Also I'm looking at these koss headphones GameON suggested. I'm mostly looking at the headphones with a mic. I'm looking at those because my mic on my laptop is on the top of it. Idk why its not on the bottom. And I play WoW and I use ventrillo so yea.
Here they are
