getting really tired after sex
0
I've recently (4 months) now been in a serious relationship. Previously before that, I was sort of dating on and off for about 8-9 months. I've found that this last two months, I get ridiculously exhausted after sex and not in a 'I fall asleep after sex' aspect. We have sex pretty frequently, but then I find myself not only tired after the one day, but also tired the next FEW days too. I get really drowsy at work the next day or literally doing any other activity. I've tried taking vitamins, energy boosters, and other things. This has never happened with any of my previous girlfriends, so I am worried something is wrong with me.
I work out 4-5 times a week, so am pretty healthy and fit. I tried cutting back, but I was still tired as per usual. Is this a serious medical problem... should I go see the doctor's? Help :(

Not much we can tell you except go see a doctor. Unless her vagina is literally sucking the soul out of you then her vagina might be possessed and you need to hold a séance.
...huh. Something's crawling up my leg.

Hm. Examine how well you eat during the day [lots of fiber, complex carbs like brown rice and whole grains, high lean proteins like ocean fish, lean poultry and legumes], and how many hours of sleep you get. Switch your workout routine to do rotating endurance and cardio workouts. Cardio makes you go pretty hard, so temper your cardio with endurance like running, bicycling, etc. You want to do some light aerobic stuff so it energizes you, rather than exhausts your body.
Make sure you get at least 9 hours of dedicated bedtime. This means from the time you close your eyes and get comfortable, from the time you stir, should equal a minimum of 9 hours.
Drink plenty of water. Have a high-fiber breakfast with some lean protein like greek yogurt, and take a vitamin supplement with B-vitamins.
If you have sex slightly less frequently, and do all of the above suggestions, and you still find yourself unbearably tired, I suggest seeing a doctor.

She got tail and wings?? and she screams something like "gimi your soul!" ?
Tough luck my friend you got yourself a succubus. Or maby good luck, depends how you view world i guess ;D
Anyway if you suddenly start to feel tired go visit doctor and run some tests.
This can be anything from low vitamins to serious condition.

I would recommend seeing a doctor for sure.
I hope you are not working out too much that will actually hurt your body. Yes...it is possible to work out too much and strain your body. Try to concentrate on conditioning the heart such as running and swimming instead. It will help endurance. ALso you may lack of nutritional as well.
