I'm wondering how to make a gif for my sig. I don't know how to make one though. So i ask, how do you make a gif image?

What do you mean?
Gif is a file format, like jpg. In order to make a gif, just load up a paint program, draw what you want, then save it as a gif. Even MS paint can do it.

I use photoshop now, but I still use gimp to actually animate them...
