BOLO for that.
I haven't done any real cooking for a while now (lack of caring or wanting) but I have decided to hone my skills yet again so be prepared for new images.

Ouuu that's so exciting!
I recommend you trying Stuffed Bell Peppers (if you like bell peppers)
All you have to do is, cut out the center of the pepper (making it like a bowl).
Then you make the mix, which can be anything really, it's usually rice, with tomato sauce/paste, you can add any meat you'd like, chicken or ground beef is the best, add some spices, like garlic, salt, pepper, basil, mix it all together (I love adding lemon juice, it gives it a nice taste ^^)
Then you stuffed your peppers with the mix, you can add cheese on top if you like, I usually just add more lemon juice, then pop it in the oven for a bout 30-40 mins at 350-400 (depending on the oven) and you're good to go.
P.s some people like to boil the peppers before stuffing and cooking them, it makes them more tender.
Enjoy, and if you end up trying this, tell me how it goes ^^

I bought a pork roast yesterday.
Tonight I shall be making a shrimp scampi using fettuccine, shrimp, garlic, lime, bud light lime, olive oil (may add bacon as well).
