Great Solution for Overeating

This might not apply to all of you here, but I have a tendency to want to eat a lot... not that that's a bad thing. But for me, it makes me uncomfortable because my body needs it (I'm 6'1" and 176 lbs), and I just love food in general. It doesn't really hurt me, because I run ~3mi/5k a day, so that stuff burns up like the tip of a match.
But I digress, I recently discovered an easy way to "satiate" the craving for food. Whenever you're hungry, just pop a piece of gum in your mouth (preferably the long-lasting kinds) and chew away to your heart's content. This will hopefully relieve your urge to eat.

Gum is a well known remedy to many activities and addictions. This is sound advice. However, be careful as the sensation of flavor and chewing will start up the digestive processes in your stomach and it may eat away at the stomach walls. Just do this when you want to "over eat", not when you are "HUNGRY". Excellent advice, just a little warning to people who may not differentiate hunger with over eating.
