growing up

your so eager to grow up and get out of home away from mom and dad, and after you been there for a bit you wonder, what the hell was the rush? or why was i in such a hurry?

im happy to be were i am but ive been feeling like this a lot with my how busy ive become, its force me to grow up a lot faster then id like. im only just turning 19 here next wekk, [23rd] im taking my first year of college, its as hectice as ever and im in information overload, but god how i wish i could be 15 or 16 again were i would get home from school, mabye work 4 hours and then come home and do nothing till midnight. its just... well i dont know how to explain the feeling. its the kind you have to have experienced to know

if i may ask is there any reason this got moved? it was a serious question. and the video is directly realated.

Yeah, I know what it's like. Used to think that it was so much fun to be an adult, got to stay up late and watch TV and all that, but now that I've grown up, I find myself missing my childhood days. Carefree days, no stress from school/work.

Nap time, never realized how killer it was until it was gone. And I don't think people are just ready to become adults and be responsible for themselves at a certain point. We all just get thrown into the storm and slowly find a way to manage it.

I miss sweet 16... ._.

When we are younger we wish we were older and when we are older we wish we were younger. It will probably always be this way. I wish I had known better when I was little and enjoyed my childhood while I still could. Can't turn back the hands of time, though.

Something that has always perplexed me. Sometimes i wish I could go back to the 90's and relive my youth. To hear what true music was back then. To see what the media actually was back then, often times taking shit out of proportion. To see my mother and father dressed in the popular trend then. lol. I just wish I could stay at my age, and live it out. But time does not stand still for anyone.

Growing up sucks, people expect things from you, when your a kid your only expected to sit there and be loud sticking toys up your nose. Now that's a job I could get into to.

I definitely miss the idea of running around at recess and coming up with the most badass games relevant to what was popular. Or back when learning was fun. Remember when learning was fun? I remember I thought I was a genuine BAMF for learning multiplication and reading chapter books. Now it's a god damn chore.

Screw college, I'm moving back to elementary.

My childhood was nothing really noteworthy. Didn't have much friends, never really did anything with them either. All I did was watch TV, play video games and act spoiled. I'd say that things were better as an adult/teen, although still somewhat problematic.
