Haven't seen many figures that I like recently on GSC. Well... I like them. Just not an absolute love for them. They just haven't had many releases or something.
This is Nadeko Sengoku from Bakemonogatari. I've come to love the little sister archetype, maybe because of her.
I'm not going to question the quality, but there is something they've been doing recently. The creators have been adding backgrounds to the characters. I love it though it seems to take up a bit more space. Also, she has two sets of legs; one for normal standing and the other for the knee-deep water effect.
9800円 which turns to a little over $100. It seems lately the figures have been increasing in price. Your thoughts about why would be appreciated.

I don't know where you guys are looking, but they have it up on AmiAmi for $88. I don't even think shipping will bring it up to $100, but I guess that depends on what kind of shipping you get.
On another note, I really like GSC figures. Their quality is consistently good, and I love their use of colors and dynamic poses. I think it's just that they release way too many Nendoroids and less serious figures, which I could care less about.
