I don't think it says anything about sexual orientation, but i do think it looks silly in most cases.

A guy wearing guyliner is either straight, gay, bisexual, or something else. Guyliner is an accessory. You're either gay or not, it doesn't matter how you accessorize.

I think that if you wear eyeliner and you're a male, that's perfectly fine. Anyone who has a problem with it has issues of their own that they need to address. It's just preference. It's really the equivalent to guys with earrings, purple or pink clothing, or jewelry in general.
Of course there are wrong and right ways for people to wear their make up... so as long as you're doing it right, go for it and do not give one fuck. <3
