Have you ever encountered someone you know you will hate?

Not really, I dont hate for no good reason!
It could take 5 minutes or 5 weeks but usually if they talk shit and act like a cocky twat or 'wrong' me some way then my hatred will grow.
Im usually pretty friendly but people see that as a weakness and sometimes like to push it.

Also. Recently it happened. A guy approach a bunch of people I was hanging with at the time. Looks like a douche, someone who just looks like They are going to give me a reason to massacre their face with my feet. Turns out he had just recently got out of prison for robbing a store and he had tried to kill his fiance and child. Instincts, I will never again doubt you.

Reasonably, people who'd avoid me at first encounter would never come to likable terms with me at all most of the time.
My brothers usually will describe me to have a "black face" as a template expression, until one would care to know me better they'd seen me as a person constantly wearing a displeased/angered look.

I think the word 'hate' is a bit too strong a word to use in this context. Hatred is something that you develop over a timeas the OP said, it's similar (well, the opposite) of love at first sight.
There are 2 reasons why I would hate someone before I get to know him; if he has a reputation for being an asshole, or if I'm biased against his appearance. As I talk to him, I will quickly develop opinions of him, which will determine if I hate or like him. If they spit out BS stories, talk arrogantly, talk rudely aggressive, or are just annoying, I'll probably hate them.
I don't care if hate's a strong word; if I dislike someone, I hate them

I'm actually on the receiving end of this one quite frequently. The reasons are numerous and sometimes confusing to me, but I suppose a person will act as they see fit. I guess one good thing I will take from it is that, because I am usually this person, those who do end up liking me have turned out to be wonderful, irreplaceable people that have only improved the quality of my life. None of the superficial hang ups, you know?

Kind of Important
A ray of Tsunlight.
Anyone who drives around in a shitbox of a car with fucknormous shiny rims. If the rest of the car is nice and taken care of, then it's all good.
Alternately, the people who have crazy amounts of bass to their music, to the point you can hear stuff rattling on the car. Usually these two are directly related.

Yeah, my dad.Hm, I used to think like that too. Didnt like my dad at all, and thought thats how it will always be. My dad hasnt really changes since that, but I have. I still dont like him, but neither do I dislike him. I wish he will enjoy his life, but I just dont have much in common with him because our relationship was never really good. + I dont want to start hating him again, so I keep my distance. Because of he's narcissistic and has a really REALLY short temper, no one in my family really likes him (which actually makes me feel a bit bad, but its not our fault he's like that)
But yeah, I must admit that I have a bad habit of deciding to dislike some people. And they're usually other females or complete douchebags or other people who deserve to be disliked.

Yes, yes, double yes. You just KNOW you'll hate someone, just by laying eyes on them. It's odd, but it happens to me all the time.

Yup, a roommate I didn't choose once, we hardly said two words to each other after a comment I made about baby-doll shirts. I told her I just thought they were lazy as they give leeway on hiding a girls stomach. She was a plump girl. :/ I didn't think, just said. O well, its how I used to be. *shrugs* We managed almost a year of not talking to each other though. We were just too different. She was cutesy and I was not. Every time I heard her voice I wanted to rip out those vocal chords. NORMAL!!! NO CUTESY!!!!
