As for h-games. Yep.
I don't think I'd fap to any normal games nowadays though. I tend to play them, and then look for doujinshi of them. Such as how I'm playing persona, and then suddenly wanted to read about yukiko in a doujinshi :>

Majority western games lack any sexual tension, so no.
Mostly VN's and some video-games. But it's rare because half of them never get released west-ward (without all the deliciousness taken out anyway. SK ones are the exception but they always get screwed up in publishing so their not as sexy anymore.
